ANNUAL 9/11 MEMORIAL SERVICE THIS SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 13TH AT 6PM.
We have made a few changes in our program to be in compliance with Town of Hempstead and CDC guidelines.
The set up will be as follows :
- We will have chairs around the monument for the Franklin Square Family members that have lost a love one.
- The Members of the Fire Department will be assembled inside the fenced in area around the 911 monument.
**ALL community members and organizations are welcome to join us but must observe the following
safety precautions:
* Wear a mask, and remain outside the monument area on Naple Ave (Naple Ave will be closed to vehicles to allow for social distancing of attendees.
**We will Live broadcast the service via Facebook Live from our Fire Department Facebook Page and it will be shared to the community groups for anyone that does not feel comfortable to be in a large gathering and will still be able to be part of our community service!
**EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS AND OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING IN COMPLIANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES AND THE TOWN OF HEMPSTEAD**
